Privacy Policy
Who is responsible for your data, what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Oneish is provided by JR Sales LLC · 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. JR Sales LLC is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to us at support@oneish.co.uk or to the address above.
The waiting list
Oneish launches on 12 November 2026. If you join the waiting list, we keep your first name, your email address, when you joined, which button you used, the country your connection came from, the page that sent you to us (if your browser shares it) and the campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source, if any). We do not keep your IP address. The list is a spreadsheet in our own Google account, shared with the waiting list of Build to Sell, the Skool community that includes Oneish.
Why: to email you when Oneish launches. We rely on your consent: you tick the box yourself, it is never ticked for you, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to our email or by writing to us. Each sign-up also sends a short internal email to our own team inbox so we know someone joined.
How long: if you ask us to remove you, we delete your details within 30 days. Everything else on the waiting list is deleted 12 months after the launch, on 12 November 2027.
The website
Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from abuse. To stop automated sign-ups, the waiting-list form uses Cloudflare Turnstile when you open it, and limits how often a connection can send it; the connection's address is used for that moment only and not stored by us.
Google Analytics runs only if you choose “Accept analytics”. It then counts page views and a few anonymous events (opening the waiting list, a successful or repeated sign-up, a launch button press). We never send your name, email or anything you type to Google, we use Google Consent Mode with advertising storage and personalisation turned off, and you can withdraw your choice in Cookie settings at the foot of every page. See the Cookie Policy.
The Oneish app (members)
Members invited to Oneish have an account. We keep their email address and account settings, sign-in records (sessions, passkeys as public keys only, a password only as a protected hash), their access status, the figures and posts they save or import, the people, drafts and goals they enter, and a record of important account events without their content.
If you are a member, the Oneish browser extension reads only LinkedIn pages you open yourself, after you agree, and only as your recording choice allows: your follower and connection totals and own profile; your own posts and figures; when you choose a post and press the button in Oneish, the names and headlines LinkedIn shows for the people who reacted to or commented on it; and when you open your Connections list and press the button, names, headlines and when you connected. Never your messages, never a page you did not open, and nothing while recording is paused or off. Oneish never sends messages, connects, likes, comments or posts on LinkedIn for anyone.
Why: to provide the service the member signed up for. How long: while access is active, until the member deletes it; when access ends, 180 days so the member can export it, then it is deleted. Members can export or delete their data at any time in Settings, Privacy and data.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts the website, the app and their database (in Western Europe) and provides Turnstile.
- Resend sends members' account emails from
hello@oneish.co.uk. - Google keeps the waiting-list spreadsheet and sends its internal sign-up notice (Google Sheets and Gmail), and provides Google Analytics, only if you accept it.
These providers process data for us under their own terms and may handle it outside the UK and the EU, including in the United States. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time; that does not affect what happened before. Write to support@oneish.co.uk. If you are in the UK or the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above. If a change affects what members agreed to, Oneish asks them to agree again.
